Track Your Order

A tracking number is emailed the moment your parcel leaves us. The carrier’s own site always shows the latest scan.

Finding your number

The tracking number is in the dispatch email, and it is also on the order in your account area if you created one at checkout. Orders normally leave us within 1–2 business days, so a number that has not appeared after that is worth asking about.

How long delivery takes

Once the parcel is with UPS Ground and USPS Ground Advantage, allow 3–7 business days. Both figures are business days and exclude weekends and public holidays.

If something looks wrong

Stalled tracking or a false delivery scan should be reported to team@bbqhaven.shop. We handle the carrier from there.
