How do I choose between the glove options?
Match the rating to the job. Handling a grate or a chimney starter needs the higher-rated mitts; turning food needs grip and dexterity more than maximum temperature. Each listing quotes the rating the manufacturer states.
What are your shipping charges?
One rate covers the whole order: $7.95 anywhere in the US, waived above $62. Packing takes 1–2 business days here in Studio City, then 3–7 business days on the road.
What if the kit is not what I expected?
The window is 30 days after the parcel lands. Write to team@bbqhaven.shop, we authorise the return, and once it is back with us the refund follows in 3–5 business days.
Which payment methods can I use?
We can take Cash on Delivery, and nothing beyond that. If a method is not on the checkout page, we cannot accept it.
Can grill mats go straight on the grate?
Cooking mats go on the grate; the larger floor mats go underneath the grill to protect a deck. They are different products and the listings keep them apart.
