By ordering from Barbeques Galore you agree to the terms below. They sit alongside your statutory rights and take nothing away from them.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is making an offer. We accept it by dispatching the goods and emailing confirmation. Before that point we can decline and refund.
Prices and errors
All prices are USD. Where a listing carries a manifest error we will tell you and offer the correct price or a full refund. We never take more than the total you agreed.
Using this site
Site content is owned by Barbeques Galore or by the relevant manufacturer. Linking is fine; bulk copying, automated scraping and commercial reuse of the images are not.
Delivery, returns and cancellation
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, returns by our Returns and Refunds page, and cancellation by our Cancellation Policy. Those pages form part of these terms.
Stock and availability
The catalogue shows real stock, though a simultaneous order can still take the last one. In that case we refund in full and never substitute an alternative without your agreement.
Governing law
The governing law is that of California and the United States, with disputes heard in California. An unenforceable clause does not invalidate the remainder.
