Barbeques Galore keeps the smallest amount of personal data that will still get an order to your door. This page says what that is, why we need it and how you can have it deleted.
What we collect
An order requires your name, shipping address, email and a contact number for delivery. Accounts additionally hold a hashed password — we never store the password itself.
Payment information
Card details are handled entirely by the payment processor. Nothing sensitive reaches our servers. Cash-on-delivery orders generate no payment record here whatsoever.
Who else sees your data
Only the carrier and the payment provider receive your data, and only the part each of them needs. Nothing is sold, and no advertising network is given an identifiable record.
How long we keep it
We hold order records for the statutory tax period and no longer. Unsubscribing removes a marketing contact immediately. There is no profiling and no automated decision-making here.
Your rights and how to use them
Requests for access, correction or deletion go to team@bbqhaven.shop. We acknowledge within one business day and act within thirty days, except for sales records we are legally required to keep.
