Shipping Policy
We post every order ourselves from Studio City. Below is the whole of our delivery arrangement: the rate, the cut-off, the carriers and what we do if a parcel goes astray.
What delivery costs
One rate applies: $7.95 per order, regardless of how many items are in the basket or how far the parcel travels within the United States. Orders of $62 or more ship free, and the discount is applied by the cart rather than by a coupon.
How long it takes
We pack within 1–2 business days. Once the parcel is with UPS Ground and USPS Ground Advantage allow 3–7 business days for it to arrive. Handling and transit are counted in business days only.
Where we can deliver
Deliveries are limited to United States addresses. International orders, forwarding services and consolidation warehouses are outside what we can support at the moment.
How orders are packed
We pack into corrugated cartons using paper fill. Sharp items travel sleeved, and glass or ceramic parts are wrapped individually rather than relying on the box to keep them apart.
Getting the address right
Please read your address back before confirming. After a label prints, changing it means a carrier redirect and a delay. Tell us at team@bbqhaven.shop straight away and we will reprint free if the parcel is still here.
What a business day means here
When we say business days we mean weekdays, not including federal holidays. Weekend orders start their clock on the next working morning.
If a parcel goes missing
When a parcel stalls in transit or is marked delivered but is not there, write to team@bbqhaven.shop. We raise it with the carrier on your behalf and settle it with a replacement or a refund once the claim closes.
