These mats are constructed from premium PTFE-fiberglass coating and are PFOA-free. They should be placed over the grill grates, approximately 7 inches from the burners, and not directly on charcoal. For extended use (over 30 minutes), the maximum temperature should not exceed 260°F; for short periods, the maximum temperature is 500°F.
